Not much to say about
Not much to say about Acetyl L'Carnitine. . . as Acetyl L'Carnitine is Acetyl L'Carnitine - I usually buy whichever one's on offer and although I'm a supporter of Momentous, it can be expensive at full price. I do take it daily for cognitive support.

A friend suggested this for
A friend suggested this for constipation and energy issues, and it has helped a lot with the first. I am not sure about the energy, as I take a tonne of supplements and protein etc, so I assume everything contributes.

High quality
This is a high quality supplement, had none of the side effects some report from L-Carnitine. I didn’t really notice a difference by the end of the month, although maybe my diet means I don’t need to supplement L-C.
