    I think it has helped

I think it has helped calm down change in bowel habit which is being investigated medically. Hard to be certain to what extend these supplements contributed to the improvement, but I have seen this twice after a period when I stopped taking them.

    A great pre/pro biotic. Really

A great pre/pro biotic. Really helped to reduce bloating over a period on 12h. I have been taking one tablet rather than the recommended 2. It does have a strong noticeable taste due to the ingredients.
