Great idea well executed
So far so good, all the best bits of a phone and no distraction. So my kid could keep in contact with his mates.

Balance Phone is built for anyone who wants a healthier way to stay connected, from children taking their first step into technology to adults looking for a more intentional digital life. The simplified Balance OS interface removes visual clutter and unnecessary distractions, creating a calmer, more focused experience. It is designed to help users spend less time scrolling and more time doing what matters.
Built on the Samsung Galaxy A17, Balance Phone offers dependable performance, a large 6.7-inch display, long battery life, modern security features, and worldwide compatibility. Whether it is being used as a first phone for a child or as a tool for digital wellbeing, it delivers a practical alternative to today's distraction-heavy smartphones.

Why Balance Phone is Healf
Balance Phone takes a fundamentally different approach to technology. Rather than relying on self-control alone, it uses a purpose-built operating system that blocks access to the apps and websites most associated with endless scrolling and digital distraction. The restrictions are built into the device itself and cannot be easily removed, helping create clearer boundaries around screen time. By keeping essential tools like messaging, maps, banking, music, and navigation, while removing the most attention-grabbing content, it offers a more intentional way to stay connected. It’s a thoughtful option for parents, digital minimalists, and anyone looking to build healthier habits around technology.
Balance Phone is on a mission to help people reclaim their time, attention, and presence in a world designed to constantly compete for them. Rather than rejecting technology, the brand rethinks it — creating phones that keep what’s essential while removing many of the digital distractions that can take us away from real life. Whether for parents seeking a healthier first phone for their child, or adults pursuing a more intentional lifestyle, Balance Phone exists to put people back in control and make technology a tool, not a distraction.

Bought this for my 14
Bought this for my 14 year old son. Already seeing the benefit of this phone. Just makes it harder to access apps and stops all the attention grabbing notifications. He's happy because he has Spotify. His mum is happy since it has WhatsApp and Life 360.
